Why chosing People for Excellence
People for Excellence is a newly born company, founded and led by Nicole Sonnberger.
Holding a degree of École Hôtelière de Lausanne and 20 years’ experience in VIP hospitality and VVIP aviation, both as cabin crew member, later growing into a managerial position such as Head of cabin crew and in-flight services, being in charge of the full cabin crew team and in-flight services department of one of the global industry largest wide and narrow body aircraft business jet fleets.
Nicole has extensive experience in customer service excellence delivery and training, cabin crew recruitment and project management in the area of aircraft interior galley and storage design.
Her motto is “Excellence is not a skill, it is an attitude”.

A warm welcoming smile, a neat appearance reflecting the operator’s and owners values, the right amount of discretion, without losing your guest’s needs out of sight, a sincere passion for excellent customer service and culinary arts, strongly developed cultural awareness, an outstanding capability to adapt to fast changing situations and a proactive attitude, are the main ingredients for success.
